Lange Nacht der Forschung
The "Busy Tenants" Project was part of Austrias nationwide public science fair "Lange Nacht der Forschung". We presented our research to a broad public, emphasising the monastic manorial administration. People had fun writing with quills and ink and transcribing medieval charters and land transaction registers.

Exposition — Wie das Amt zum Schimmel kam
In 2015 the University of Vienna celebrated its 650 years anniversary and organised a large festival, bringing research to the public. In collaboration with historians from the Department of History and the Austrian Institute of Historical Research, the "Busy Tenants" project staff designed and realised the exposition "Wie das Amt zum Schimmel kam". The interactive exhibit dealt with administration, manuscript culture and writing within a broad historical horizon.
